SPAY/NEUTER PRICING



Best Friends Spay and Neuter Clinic offers the following free and low cost services:

FREE 
  • all owned pets that reside in District 7 zip codes: 91331, 91342, 91402, 91345, 91343
  • all Pit Bulls, Chihuahuas and cats that reside in the city limits of Los Angeles (list of zip codes here: http://lahd.lacity.org/lahdinternet/Portals/0/Policy/LAZipCodes.pdf)
  • with proof of being on a financial assistance program (Medicaid, CHIP, Food Stamps, WIC, SSD, or Section 8 (HUD) or have a household income not exceeding 200% of federal poverty level guidelines regardless of city of residence.

DISCOUNTED
  • as stated above, all Pit Bulls, Chihuahuas and cats that reside within the city limits of Los Angeles are free. All other owned dogs in the city limits are only $75 (list of zip codes here: http://lahd.lacity.org/lahdinternet/Portals/0/Policy/LAZipCodes.pdf)

LOW COST
All residents of Southern California outside the city limits of Los Angeles: 
Dog Spay/Neuter: $125                 
Cat Spay/Neuter:  $40

Clinic Hours


Tuesday through Saturday 7:30-4:00. 
Surgical drop offs are at 7:30am and pick ups will be from 2:30-4:00. 


Special Instructions


All surgical procedures will need to be scheduled prior to dropping off pet.

It is important that adult pets are not fed past midnight the night before.
